You only turn 40 once so why not make it a huge deal??? These three ladies had one thing in a common, well actually two! Not only have they been great friends for a really long time but they also share this big milestone together! I was so honored when they asked me to capture it for them! We found this beautiful location which was perfect for a birthday shoot in November as it was very warm, in the greenhouse! We had three beautiful cakes made by my go to baker Jade and I love how each of the ladies brought their own unique style. Of course there was some bubbly cause you have to celebrate in style! I had done one 40th cake smash before with another lovely lady so I was happy to do another one!! I am hoping in 2025 we will see more adults celebrating their big milestones! We have glitter minis coming up in January which would be perfect for a celebration shoot! So fun! Cakesmash photography sessions are such a fun way to capture your little one turning one! They take a lot of planning, so ideally we would like about 6 weeks notice to set them up. If you already have a theme in mind, even better, I will work with you to have your vision come alive. I have tons of different backdrops that you can choose from to customize your session. We will talk about colors, themes, and most importantly cake! This will be a fun shoot to capture the personality of your little one at this special age, they only turn 1 once, right?
