I heart this family! We met on this beach in 2012 when my daughter was born. So it was only fitting that we did this very special shot on this very same beach. Also in 2012 we met this adorable family with their beautiful little daughter named Emma. We spent a lot of days together in the next year or two and then life got busy and playdates became less frequent but as they say once people are in your heart, they are always on your mind too. So when little Emma died of the flu earlier this year, all of our hearts broke in a million pieces. I still cannot type this without tearing up but I wanted to do something special for her family. They have a GoFund Page in her honor which you can find here. I donated my time and opened up an auction on one of my family sessions. This lovely family right here placed the winning bid and I was so happy that I was able to capture those images for them and also donate all the proceeds to Emma. This session has meant so much to me and everyone involved. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Emma RIP little angel you are always on our minds. Much love!
