This was a very special session to me, because this sweet family was the highest bidder of one of my charity auctions this year. All the money was donated to my dear friend who recently lost her son to cancer. So I am so just so very, very grateful! We had a great time on the beach, though the bugs tried to make it a bit miserable, but we fought through it! Mom has the most amazing hair I have ever seen, look at it! Did I also mention that they are the sweetest family in history of families? No? Well know you know. I shot their first newborn session in 2014 and have been able to capture some memories for them since. Such an honor and delight seeing those two girls grow up. It gets me all teary eyed thinking about this, because it really is such a special connection that you develop with these people over the years. And of course with all the great choices of Connecticut Photographers, I feel very honored that they continue to come and see me.
